Hilton Jaipur has announced the elevation of Satish Tiwari to the position of Director of Operations
Satish has been an integral part of the Hilton Jaipur journey for over 3.6 years, during which he consistently delivered exceptional results in his role as Commercial Director. He played a pivotal role in driving significant growth in top-line revenue, expanding market share, and reinforcing Hilton Jaipur’s position as a leading hospitality destination in the city. His strategic handling of large-volume ODCs was instrumental in helping the hotel maintain its #1 market ranking.
Further strengthening his leadership credentials, Satish successfully completed the SHINE 2 program in 2025, a key development initiative designed to groom future leaders within the Hilton ecosystem.
Satish’s elevation from Commercial Director to Director of Operations reflects Hilton’s People First, Purpose Driven culture—one that recognizes performance, encourages growth, and empowers team members to take on expanded leadership roles. In his new position, Satish will focus on driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and strengthening overall business performance across the hotel.
