Hyatt has announced the appointment of Saurabh Malhotra as the new Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, effective March 16, 2026
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Malhotra brings strong commercial acumen and leadership across luxury and lifestyle brands. An alumnus of IHM Jaipur and Symbiosis, he has built a career marked by strategic sales planning, brand positioning, and revenue optimisation.
Saurabh Malhotra’s journey with Hyatt began at Hyatt Regency Delhi in 2004. After a decade-long stint with global airlines, he rejoined Hyatt in 2016 at Andaz Delhi, where he rose through key sales leadership roles. In 2022, he moved to Hyatt Regency Lucknow as Director of Sales, driving record revenues for the property.
Beyond hospitality, Saurabh holds a deep admiration for the Indian Armed Forces, an institution he regards as his greatest inspiration.
