Shruti brings over 15 years of experience across sales and marketing roles with leading international hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, and Marriott-affiliated hotels. Her career spans corporate, MICE, transient, and long-stay segments, with a strong record of building relationships, strengthening market positioning, and driving sustainable revenue performance across competitive destinations. Her collaborative and people-focused approach aligns naturally with Ronil Goa’s free-spirited, heartfelt brand ethos.
