DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji has announced the appointment of Shweta Seth as its Human Resources Manager

With over a decade of progressive experience in human capital management across leading hospitality brands, Shweta brings a strong track record in employee engagement, performance-driven culture building, and operational excellence.
Shweta’s career in hospitality HR spans from 2014 to 2025, with impactful tenures at renowned properties such as Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino, Varca, where she led the performance management process and developed strategic compensation frameworks, and Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Uttorda, where she was instrumental in driving talent development and HR compliance. Her previous roles also include HR leadership positions at Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd., Sterling Goa Varca, and Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, further enriching her ability to align people strategies with business goals.
Recognized for her dependable, flexible, and professional approach, Shweta has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to manage high-pressure environments, navigate complex challenges, and deliver results across multiple assignments. In her new capacity, Shweta will lead all facets of the Human Resources function at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, with an emphasis on strengthening employee engagement, refining talent acquisition strategies, and aligning HR practices with the hotel’s operational and cultural goals.
