With over 16 years of multi-industry experience, ranging from hospitality to real estate, Siddharth brings with him a sharp commercial mindset, people-first approach, and a proven ability to navigate both corporate and lifestyle-driven clientele with equal ease.

At the heart of any thriving hotel lies a dynamic sales engine—and with the onboarding of Siddharth Sundram, Courtyard by Marriott Madurai welcomes a leader who blends strategic vision with grounded industry wisdom. Known for his client-centricity, negotiation prowess, and cross-market experience, he joins the team with a strong focus on business development, key account engagement and revenue growth.

Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, Siddharth served as Senior Sales Manager, where he successfully led the catering sales team and orchestrated several large-scale conferences and corporate events. His extensive experience in hospitality, have equipped with a distinctive understanding of consumer behavior, product positioning and service personalization—skills that now inform his refined sales strategy.

With Hotel Management from PSG College (Coimbatore) and an MBA from Edith Cowan University, Perth (Australia), Siddharth Sundram brings not just experience, but a global perspective on service excellence and business development. His career reflects a deliberate commitment to continuous learning, sharp execution, and creating memorable experiences that go beyond conventional sales outcomes.
