Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking its 25th property in the State

The Company currently operates 8 hotels in Uttar Pradesh, with 17 more in the pipeline, including this latest signing, underscoring its sustained expansion across one of India’s fastest-growing travel markets.
The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Najibabad will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Located in the Bijnor district, Najibabad serves as a gateway to key spiritual and leisure destinations including Haridwar, Rishikesh and Jim Corbett National Park. With steady pilgrimage and wildlife tourism demand, along with improving regional infrastructure, the town presents a compelling opportunity for quality branded hospitality. With a proximity of 88 km from Jolly Grant Airport and 8.6 km from Najibabad Junction railway station, the hotel extends connectivity and convenience for both both business and leisure travellers.
