In her new role, she will take the lead in developing and executing the hotel’s overall content strategy, overseeing public relations efforts, and managing social media marketing initiatives. Through these responsibilities, she will play a key role in enhancing the brand’s visibility, strengthening its reputation, and expanding its presence in the competitive market.
Sonam is a well-recognised, dedicated marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong track record in driving brand visibility, strategic communications, and innovative marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Delhi MG Road, she had worked with leading hospitality brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Summit Hotels & Resorts, where she played key roles in enhancing brand positioning and guest engagement.
With her rich expertise and strategic vision, Sonam is expected to further elevate the hotel’s communication and marketing efforts, driving impactful campaigns and strengthening its connect with guests and stakeholders alike.
