InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road has announced the appointment of Stephen D’Souza as Area General Manager, IHG Southwest Asia, and General Manager of the hotel
A distinguished hospitality leader, D’Souza brings over 25 years of experience across operations leadership and brand launches. His leadership reflects a strong understanding of global guest behaviour, a focus on talent development, and the integration of new-generation learning methodologies.
In his new role, Stephen D’Souza will further the InterContinental brand’s commitment to enriching and culturally immersive experiences. His strategy centres on elevating every guest touchpoint under the brand philosophy of “Live the InterContinental Life.” The hotel will continue to strengthen its position as a leading luxury address in Jaipur through the brand’s core pillars: Incredible Occasions, Insider Expertise, Intentional Flexibility and Inclusive Everywhere. He also aims to integrate responsible practices and enhance community engagement, aligned with IHG’s broader commitment to ‘make a difference’ every day.
