Espire Hospitality appoints Sumit Kumar National Sales Director East, strengthening ZANA and Country Inn sales
Espire Hospitality Limited has announced the appointment of Sumit Kumar as National Sales Director – East for its brands ZANA Boutique Luxury and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts.
In his new role, Sumit Kumar will focus on strengthening Espire Hospitality’s presence across East India, driving regional sales growth and expanding corporate, MICE and travel trade business opportunities. He will also work on enhancing market outreach and aligning commercial strategies with the company’s wider growth plans.
Sumit Kumar brings close to two decades of experience across hotel operations and sales. His background includes regional and pan-India sales initiatives across corporate, MICE and travel trade segments, along with a strong understanding of guest-focused operations and revenue-led commercial strategy.
Prior to joining Espire Hospitality Limited, Sumit Kumar was associated with Royal Orchid Group of Hotels as Associate Director of Sales, where he handled key markets including Patna, Bodhgaya, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Lucknow. During his tenure, he contributed to pan-India sales performance and helped expand MICE business opportunities.
Over the course of his career, Sumit Kumar has worked with leading hospitality brands including Royal Orchid Group of Hotels, Lemon Tree Premier, Clarks Inn, Radisson Hotel Group, The Lalit, The Grand New Delhi and Lemon Tree Hotels.
