She also has an impressive background in aviation, having worked for more than 6 years as a cabin crew member with prestigious airlines like Indigo and Kingfisher. This experience helped shape her strong foundation in guest service, attention to detail, and high-pressure problem-solving.
In her most recent role as Assistant Front Office Manager with the Accor Group, Susan was known for her strong leadership, team-building abilities, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. She has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve challenges efficiently, and maintain high service standards in dynamic hospitality environments.
