The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Resort & Spa Deoghar, Series by Marriott, located in Deoghar, Jharkhand
This new addition marks another milestone in the group’s continued expansion across emerging destinations, further strengthening its footprint in Eastern India.

The upcoming property will feature 101 well-designed rooms and suites, thoughtfully curated to offer a refined and comfortable stay experience for both business and leisure travellers. Guests will be able to enjoy an all-day dining restaurant offering diverse culinary options in inviting settings, along with a poolside lounge restaurant and bar, perfect for relaxed dining and social gatherings.
Scheduled to open in the first half of 2029, The Fern Resort & Spa Deoghar, Series by Marriott will further reinforce The Fern Hotels & Resorts‘ commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences rooted in comfort, sustainability and regional character.
