The Fern Hotels & Resorts Signs Moolakada Property in Kerala
The property will be part of The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott brand portfolio. With this signing, The Fern will have 15 operational and upcoming properties in South India and 190 properties overall across India.
The Fern Eco Bliss Resort Moolakada, Series by Marriott is scheduled to open in June 2027. The upcoming property will have 116 rooms and suites. It will include an all-day dining restaurant and event facilities, comprising a conference room and banquet hall.

The hotel is planned to serve business and leisure travellers, along with corporate meetings, events and social gatherings.
