The signing marks the entry of Accor’s globally recognised midscale Mercure brand into one of India’s most scenic and fast-emerging leisure destinations — catering to travellers seeking relaxation, celebrations, and authentic local experiences in the lap of nature.

Perched amidst Kasauli’s pine-covered hills, the upcoming Mercure Kasauli will feature 55 well-appointed rooms.

Once a quiet hill station, Kasauli has evolved into a highly sought-after destination for leisure travel and destination weddings, thanks to its scenic beauty, proximity to Delhi and Chandigarh, and its year-round pleasant climate.

India’s mid-market hotel segment continues to see strong growth, fuelled by rising domestic tourism and the increasing preference for branded stays in emerging leisure markets.

THV’s master franchise arrangement with Accor continues to accelerate the rollout of world-class midscale hotels across India’s most promising destinations. Mercure Kasauli is another testament to this collaboration’s shared vision — to combine operational excellence with locally inspired design and guest experiences that celebrate the unique essence of each destination.
