Treat Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Malpani Group for a new resort in Sangamner, Maharashtra
The property is scheduled to commence operations in 2028.
The upcoming resort will comprise 132 guest rooms and is planned with a range of facilities catering to leisure travellers, social gatherings, weddings, meetings and other events. The property will include multiple ballrooms and banquet spaces, multiple lawns, a fine-dining restaurant and bar, as well as recreational facilities.
With this signing, Sangamner will become the seventh property of Treat Hotels & Resorts in Maharashtra and its 21st property across India.
The development will be located in Sangamner, a town in Maharashtra with a diverse economic base that includes agriculture, education, trade and business activity. Its location within the state provides connectivity to several important cities and destinations in the region, supporting the potential development of both leisure and business-related travel.
The project is expected to further expand Treat Hotels & Resorts’ presence in Maharashtra and contribute to the company’s ongoing development pipeline across India.
