Le Méridien Navi Mumbai has announced the appointment of Twinkle Singh as its new Human Resources Manager
With 11 years of experience in human resources, she brings strong leadership, a genuine people-first approach, and a clear understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a healthy work culture.
Prior to joining Le Méridien Navi Mumbai, Twinkle served as People & Culture Manager at Radisson Noida, where she led the HR function with focus and consistency. Her work spanned employee engagement, talent development, statutory compliance, and organisational effectiveness, driving meaningful outcomes across each of these areas.
Over the course of her career, Twinkle has been part of two pre-opening teams, bringing with her a hands-on understanding of setting up HR processes from the ground up. She has a proven ability to establish structured frameworks, build aligned teams, and create a workplace culture that people feel genuinely connected to. Her experience across diverse hospitality environments has shaped her into an HR professional who balances operational rigour with real warmth.
