The Sea Valley Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Uma Mohesh as Vice President – Operations
Mohesh brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background across hotel operations, food and beverage management, guest experience, team development, revenue optimisation and business growth.
Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with hospitality brands including Royal Orchid Hotels, MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Swosti Group of Hotels, Dolphin Hotels and Mrugavani Resort & Spa, along with other hotel brands across India.
In his new role, Mohesh will oversee operations across The Sea Valley Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio. His responsibilities will include supporting operational processes, strengthening service standards, guiding team performance and contributing to the group’s expansion plans.
The company said his industry experience and operational background will support the next phase of growth for The Sea Valley Hotels & Resorts.
