Beginning his journey with IHG at Crowne Plaza Chennai, he steadily built a strong foundation in hospitality sales before taking on key assignments with renowned brands including The Westin Hyderabad, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, and The Westin Pune.
Throughout his career, Vignesh has earned recognition for his dynamic market approach, ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and proven track record of driving commercial performance in highly competitive markets. His extensive experience across diverse hospitality segments has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics, revenue generation, and strategic business development.
Most recently, Vignesh played a pivotal role at Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad, where his strategic sales leadership significantly strengthened the hotel’s market positioning and commercial performance. His contributions were instrumental in driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding key market segments, further reinforcing the property’s presence within Ahmedabad’s hospitality landscape.
In his new role at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, Vignesh will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, focusing on market expansion, revenue optimisation, strategic partnerships, and strengthening the hotel’s position as the preferred destination for business and leisure travellers visiting Gujarat.
