Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty appoints Vikash Kumar as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing operations and banquets.

Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has appointed Vikash Kumar as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, Vikash Kumar will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, banquet performance, and service delivery across the hotel.
Vikash began his hospitality career in 2014 with Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, where he gained experience in food and beverage service and guest operations. He subsequently held roles in food and beverage service and banquet operations, working in high-volume event environments.
He joined Grand Hyatt Kochi in September 2022 as Events Planning Manager, where he was involved in planning and execution of events and banquet operations. He later moved to Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre as Banquet Manager and was promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in March 2025.
Vikash Kumar holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. His appointment marks his return to Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty in a senior operational role.
