Hospitality veteran Elvis Pereira takes over as Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Goa

The Westin Goa has announced the appointment of Elvis Pereira as its new Director of Food & Beverage. Pereira brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including nearly a decade with Marriott International.
A native of Vasco in South Goa, Pereira has worked across a wide spectrum of F&B operations, including specialty restaurants, nightclubs, confectioneries, and all-day dining formats. His professional background also includes leading banquet and event operations for both social and MICE segments.
In his new role at The Westin Goa, Pereira will oversee the strategic direction and operations of all food and beverage outlets on the property.

Pereira is known for his focus on team development and collaborative leadership. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys travelling, marathon running, and exploring culinary destinations. His personal interests include attending live sporting events, trekking in the Himalayas, and visiting Europe.
