“Designing Wynn Al Marjan Island meant honoring a remarkable legacy while building something entirely distinctive for this region,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development. “These rooms are rooted in the language of Wynn but reinterpreted for this oceanfront experience. They’re a beautiful expression of form and function influenced by Ras Al Khaimah’s natural beauty.”

Design elements draw from 18th- and 19th-century motifs, brought together through Wynn’s in-house design team’s refined and structured aesthetic approach. Warm tones and curated materials reflect the local environment, and bathrooms are equipped with double vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs.

Wynn Al Marjan Island spans over 60 hectares and is currently under construction, with additional plans including 24 dining venues, a five-star spa, a curated retail promenade, multiple pools, a private marina for vessels up to 75 meters, and a 420-meter white-sand beach.

Construction remains on schedule, with the resort set to welcome its first guests in early 2027.
