Olive Garden opens its first India restaurant at Aerocity, with GIHG planning phased national expansion.

Olive Garden has opened its first restaurant in India at World St., 4 Worldmark, Aerocity, New Delhi. The American-Italian dining brand has been brought to India by Gourmet Investments Hospitality Group, or GIHG.
The launch marks the beginning of Olive Garden’s India rollout. GIHG will first expand the brand across Delhi-NCR before taking it to other key cities in the country.
The Aerocity restaurant introduces Olive Garden’s American-Italian menu to India, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The menu includes dishes such as Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna Classico, Chicken Parmigiana and Tour of Italy. As part of the brand’s standard dining format, entrées are served with soup or salad and breadsticks.

The restaurant design draws on Olive Garden’s Tuscan influences, with indoor and alfresco seating areas. The interiors have been developed by Incubis Consultants.
Globally, the Brand is known for American-Italian dishes, pasta, freshly grated Parmesan served tableside, Fettuccine Alfredo, and its soup or salad and breadsticks format. The brand has operated for over four decades as a casual dining restaurant for families and groups.
Following the New Delhi opening, Gourmet Investments Hospitality Group plans to expand Olive Garden’s presence in India through a phased rollout.
